HAPPY MONDAY TEAM TJ!

8 days and counting!  We have a fun-filled couple weeks ahead of us and LOTS to do...JUST KEEP SWIMMING! Please know that our students are anxious, some may be worried that school is ending and we need to provide support for all students during this time of year!  I am here to support if you need me and please reach out to me if needed!

There will be a citizenship awards assembly on Friday. Grades 3-5 @ 9:00 am and Grades TK-2 @ 10:0 am.

SENIOR WALK

Our TJ Alum who are TJ Graduates will be joining us on campus TOMORROW 5/21/19 at 8:15 for a reception in the quad area.  Please join us as we celebrate their accomplishments and their future endeavors.  They will remain in the quad area greeting the students as they enter at 8:35. Please gather be at your line on time and then create a line facing the school building.  DO NOT GO TO CLASS. 

Kindergarten will create a line around the interior fence of their playground and all other classes will create a line of TJ Stars on the upper and lower playgrounds based on where you line up and the Alum will walk the campus so that we can cheer them on.  Once the walk is over return to class and take roll at that time.

COME ONE COME ALL!!! The VARIETY SHOW will be Wednesday, 5/22/19!  The show will begin at 10:00 am.  Recess will be from 9:40-9:46 am.  Please head straight to the MPR to be seated for the show.  Let's watch our Stars shine!  I heard there is a very special surprise! 

This year's school performance will be Thursday, May 23rd from 10:00 to 10:45ish A.M., in the multipurpose room.  This will be our "dress rehearsal", so please bear with us as will "polish" our stars.  Seating will begin at 9:50, and we will start promptly at 10:00 with the hope that the show will be done at 10:45.

PERFECT ATTENDANCE LUNCHEON

Students with PERFECT Attendance will be awarded their certificates on Friday at the assembly.   Margaret will notify you and the families tomorrow about the award and upcoming awards assembly.  There will be a hotdog BBQ Luncheon on Tuesday, May 28, 2019, at 12:15 pm.  We will be sending invitations to the students for the event.  We have about 5 students receiving this award.

Field Day is next Tuesday, May 28, 2019!  Dan has been working hard preparing the events.  Thank you for forwarding the Sign-Up Genius below.  If you have not done so please do today. 

Field Day will begin at 9:15 am.  Schedules and maps will be placed in your box towards the end of the week.
