School Site Council

KINDNESS BOOTSER
The PBIS team is looking forward to encouraging kindness and caring this month by having a booster. There are snow globes for each classroom in the conference room for you to pick up. We will be acknowledging our students when we see acts of kindness by giving them a kindness buck (in your boxes) when your class gathers 10 bucks they get a snowflake to add to the snowglobe, the goal is 10 snowflakes by the last day of school before winter break. We will be having a hot cocoa party again this year and that is the reward. EVERY CLASS SHOULD EARN THIS!

Candy Cane Lane Santa Drive Through
If you have something that you would like to add to the agenda please let me know.
Our PTC will be hosting a Drive through Santa Event. If you are able to volunteer your time please reach out to Kirsten.
Join us for a free, family-friendly event! This is a socially distanced holiday drive-thru event. Stay inside your warm car and listen to holiday music while you drive through Candy Cane Lane. Santa's helpers will be at each stop with treats, craft kits, and more. As the drive culminates Santa will be there to collect your letters and say hello! Flyers and Dear Santa paper will be sent home in the Friday folders.

Tommy Apostolos Kids Shopping Days
- December 4 & December 11
That time of the year is fast approaching and the Tommy Apostolos Fund is looking for lots of volunteers for their annual Kids Shopping Days. As they did last year the shopping will take place without the kids in order to maintain COVID safety but they have over 580 children nominated and they want to help as many as they can. They have lots of slots available from 6:00am – 11:00am on December 4 and 11. Volunteers can sign up on Tommy Apostolo's website and then arrive at Kohl’s to shop. Even without kids, they want this to be a fun day for everyone as they help their community. If you can spare some time for this wonderful experience please sign up! Thanks!
