I took the time to reflect on my one word...MOMENT. This weekend my family took the time to celebrate my father's upcoming birthday and we laughed with and cheered for the Harlem Globetrotters, we also embraced one another and reflected. What a wonderful weekend filled with MOMENTS!!!
I also took pause to be inspired by you all in your moments of WELLNESS. You have all inspired me with your commitment to physical and emotional wellness. Those who run, ride, yoga and take time to be mindful...ALL of you have inspired me to be more mindful in my heart, body and soul.
With that being said; I hope that all staff take a MOMENT to participate in a WELLNESS activity. Please see our TJ WELLNESS BINGO game. Each day is a new opportunities to engage in an MOMENT of Wellness! The TJ WELLNESS BINGO sheet can be found HERE. Please print a copy of the BINGO page, date with with your name on top and this will be your game card for the next few weeks! I hope that I am the first post on the #tjstarshappyandhealthy feed! I promise to wait until Wednesday morning to post!!

Please join our amazing Roseville Foundation in supporting the music program across the district and at TJ. Our PTC and myself will be creating and amazing dessert to serve and WIN at this competition! Every elementary and middle school in the Roseville City School District will compete in our second annual Comfort Food Cook-Off. All proceeds benefit music education!
Come out and try the delicious creations from each school and vote for your favorite!

As a reminder, enrollment for all RCSD schools including Thomas Jefferson opened for the 2018-19 school year on January 11, 2018. As we continue to grow as a school site please reach out to neighbors about our online registration system. Registration will be online again this year. Please watch our website for updates.
