Hello Star Polishers!

Thank you SO much for making the Dance-A-Thon SO much fun!  It was so great to see you all having FUN with our Stars!  Please continue to remind families to turn in their pledges, they are due Friday.  A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU to JENNETH and her husband for all of their hard work in tabulating the pledges for the PTC!  That is a HUGE job and it does not go unnoticed.

I was able to go to CUE Rockstar Admin this weekend and I learned so very much.  The conference was in Truckee and I was reminded about the importance of Balance.  The importance of taking a moment to look up and notice the change of the colors of the leaves and to hear them rustle in the breeze.  We are over six weeks into the school year and we have quite a stretch until Thanksgiving break.  Please remember that YOU matter and that YOU are a Star in the eyes of a child at school, in the eyes of your colleagues and in the eyes of those you love.

We ordered SIPPS kits last Spring and they came with an online license.  These licenses are assigned to the new kits that were purchased and need to be assigned to a "teacher." If you are a leadership representative you will be the "teacher" that is "assigned" the license.  I will be contacting Leadership reps with the information and we will all share the same password so that we as a site and use the resources.

We will be meeting on Wednesday for our staff meeting.  The agenda items will include Nuts and Bolts, Report Card Reporting, ROCK YOUR SCHOOL Day and PBIS. We will need a volunteer to take notes so that those who are not in attendance are informed of the happenings of the meeting.

Brent and Danielle have created folders for each grade level to share pictures of events and happenings throughout the year.  It is important that each grade level and class is represented, please ensure that you share your moments.

Let's tell our story!  If you have a moment to share please send a picture and a brief description of the moment so that I can share it on our Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.  If we tell our story.. our community will tell it too!
