AWARDS ASSEMBLY MONDAY

YAY!  LET'S CELEBRATE OUR TJ STARS!  

This month we are celebrating our Stars who are so very RESPECTFUL.  Share the video with your class and please call the office when you are presenting your awards and I will do be best to be there!  I miss celebrating our kiddos!

THIS WEEK IS SPIRIT WEEK!

In lieu of the Annual Harvest Festival, the PTC wanted to make our annual Red Ribbon Spirit Week a little more festive and fun.

Please see below for the theme days and extra activities for next week:

Monday - Crazy Socks Day (popcorn [healthy snack]sent home with the kids) - 

Tuesday - Fall Flannel day (Pizza Party - based on class participation from Monday. A google doc will be sent out for a participation count) 

Wednesday - Super Hero Day -Wear your favorite Super Hero shirt/hat with superheroes on it. (no Costumes)  Popsicles for all classes 

Thursday - Wear Red Day -(Pizza Parties for participation.   A google doc will be sent out for a participation count) 

A fun art activity will be prepped for all classrooms for you to do when you choose.

PLEASE COMPLETE THE GOOGLE FORM IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE SO:

Friday - Sports Day - Wear shirts/hats representing favorite sport/teams - 

End of School Day Dance Party in the quad area at 2:35 pm. 

Pop-it Key chains for all students will be delivered to your class. 

On Friday 10/29 @ 2:35

Please bring your kiddos to the quad area all packed up so we can dance our way into the Halloween weekend! 

There will be a special playlist!

We are looking for teacher and staff volunteers to join us on the stage to lead dances!  

Parent-Teacher Conferences

PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCE WEEK is scheduled for the week of November 15-19, 2021.  There are minimum days and school hours will be 8:35 am - 12:17 pm.

Let me know if you want me to attend a conference, I NOT be available on Thursday, November 18, 2021, due to District Training.  Send me a meeting request as soon as possible.  I will also be reaching out you several of you about conferences that I would like to attend.

We are TJ a community that learns and leads together! As we embrace getting back to normal the canned food drive is a TJ tradition! Please share that we are participating in the food drive with your families.

 Boxes will be dropped off at your classrooms for donations.  The KCRA Canned Food Drive will run from October 25-November 18.
