I am looking forward to a great week! This weekly update will be a short one due to our staff meeting last week. Our Open House will be great! Thank you for all of your hard work as we prepare for this event. The Art Docents have been working hard, with your support, have been working hard to create an art show that will showcase our Stars creativity.
I will be off campus on Tuesday in the morning for Leadership and on Friday all day. I have been asked by Derk to participate on a committee to look at and explore classroom standards and furniture for our new school and for future furniture updates. I will be visiting One Workplace in Oakland with a focus group of teachers, parents, and administrators. I am excited to see that is out there and hopefully create classrooms that will be conducive to student learning and collaboration.
Let's have a great week!

The Annual Thomas Jefferson Parent Survey conducted to collect information from parents about school effectiveness and parent satisfaction. Please complete one survey per child attending Thomas Jefferson. This helps us address grade level concerns or recognize grade level strengths. Please respond to each statement based on your overall experience with our school. A composite of the surveys will be shared with the School Site Council, but individual responses will be kept confidential.
In preparation for this survey, we encourage you to ask your children about their experiences at school.
